if i have a website named assumes that www.new shoe .com.

my website is not getting a rank in the search engine .

on other hand somebody's website working well and getting rank on google.

google propose to add a ad in your website whose website is getting on.

google says that your website is ranking up and daily 20000 parson seeing your website.

Ad put on website and make money,  i will give you 5 dollar per click.

and  google say to whose their website is not see daily by more parson.

google say put  Ad on your website and get traffic on own website.

but you have to give money according to click. yuo have to pay 10 dollar for 1 click.

can you imagine that google take 10 dollar by who that who'website not get up in search engine.

and give only 5 dollar to who their website working that means google have profit of 5 dollar.

that is way get money.
